This is the second supercell from the chase on July 16th. There was a tornado reported on it but I was too far away to see as I sacrificed a flat horizon for a photogenic one. The supercell was a monster and also had some personality to it. Apparently it didn’t like being photographed…..
"Get that damn camera out of my face!"
Earlier in it’s development, it thought it was a pirate ship ready to set sail.

Here are a few photos from my chase last Saturday out near Carrington, ND. These pictures are of the first supercell and the tornado it dropped. I’ll post images of the second supercell later.
