Tarragon Garlic Chicken Wings

This was really simple to make and tasted amazing.  The base of the sauce was just Franks Red Hot and a half stick of butter.  To jack up the flavor, I first added some things to the butter before adding it to the Franks.

  • 6 cloves of garlic, diced.
  • 1 shallot, diced.
  • crushed red pepper flakes.
  • cayenne pepper.
  • dried tarragon.

After letting the flavors cook together awhile in the butter, I then added 1/2 bottle of Franks and let simmer.  I then cooked up the wings and shook them with the sauce when done…tasty.

Nice site, the food looks good, however, you should work for more attractive plating. O, and how about some hockey info, Tebow is boring.
